During the 2015 Marie Curie Etape Caledonia Pitlochry was a proverbial ‘hive of activity’ throughout the weekend; there was no mistaking that something big was taking place.
Etape Window DisplayWebThis year’s cycle-themed window displays incorporating the Marie Curie Etape Caledonia logo in the town’s businesses, which aimed to demonstrate support for the Etape, did not disappoint.
The window voted ‘Best-Dressed’ by the judging panel, was the entry by Davidsons Chemists. Other entries, which found their way onto the prize list, include the Pitlochry Cancer Shop, Robertson’s Grocers, Viva Art Stores, Pitlochry Hardware and Heathergems.
Thanks were expressed to all those who entered into the spirit of the occasion and supported the seventh running of a cycling event, which attracts participants from all parts of the UK and from overseas.  Special thanks were also recorded to prize donors - Killiecrankie Hotel, Mackays Hotel, Perthshire Fitness Therapy and Highlands Studio Picture Framing.
